Damages and issues
Please make the tan team aware at the event of any issues , this will be rectified on the day , We cannot help you if you don't tell us.

Refunds
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds once you are tanned. You have received the service therefore no return or refund will be issued 

Refunds / Cancellations

  • Refunds - We do not offer refunds once you are sprayed 
  • We require 14 days notice to cancel your tan this will entitle you to a 50% refund
  • Any cancellations made after the cancellation period 100% of the tan fee will be kept and is non refundable 
  • Cancellations made with 28 days notice or more will be refunded in full (less postage if a patch test is required)
  • Failure to stick to the pre tan advice , patch test requirements and consent form requirements may result in refusal of service .
